REFUND POLICY

Immediately upon the date and time an individual user accesses the website. This agreement is renewed with each subsequent visit, reaffirming the user's acceptance of this Refund Policy.

Welcome to the website of State Nationals Rock, a Project of the House of Rocks Private Membership Association (PMA). We strive to provide valuable services, resources, and education that serve the awakening, empowerment, and sovereignty of our Members. As a private association operating within the private domain, all purchases, offerings, and contributions are considered final, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. This policy exists to protect the integrity, sustainability, and sacred trust within our community and our mission. Please review this policy carefully before making purchases, booking services, registering for events, and/or submitting donations.

1. No Refunds Policy:

1.1 Memberships:

All fees paid toward becoming a Member of State Nationals Rock—including any recurring, paid monthly memberships—are non-refundable. Submitting your Membership Application constitutes your agreement that these funds support the ongoing mission of State Nationals Rock and are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

1.2 AOR Packages and PMAs:

All AOR Packages, PMA Packages, and custom paperwork services, are non-refundable. These are personalized educational offerings that require time and resources, and your payment reflects your commitment to that process.

1.3 Courses, Classes, Events & Workshops:

All fees paid for online or in-person courses, events, Zoom classes, or educational workshops are non-refundable. These offerings are delivered with preparation, energy, and private educational value, and securing your spot contributes directly to the sustainability of our efforts.

1.4 Products – Physical & Digital:

All sales of physical items, apparel, books, and digital content (including downloadable guides, PDFs, audios, or member resources) are final upon purchase.

1.5 Calls & Consultations:

All bookings for one-on-one or group calls are non-refundable, whether live or pre-recorded. Time is reserved, energy is invested, and space is held with care. Cancellations, missed appointments, or no-shows are not eligible for reimbursement.

1.6 Donations:

All financial contributions, including offerings or donations made through this website, are non-refundable. Donations are considered gifts given freely in support of our sacred mission and private educational work.

1.7 Custom GPTs & Educational AI Tools:

All payments made for access to our custom-built GPTs or educational AI tools are non-refundable. These AIs are carefully programmed with hours of research, expertise, and customization to align with our mission and member needs. Your purchase acknowledges the significant energy invested and grants immediate access to proprietary work, making refunds ineligible under any circumstance.

1.8 All Other Offerings:

Any other purchases, services, or contributions not explicitly listed above are also non-refundable. By engaging with our work in any form, you acknowledge that all offerings support the ongoing development of our private ministry and sacred educational mission, and are not subject to return.

2. Situational Exceptions:

While refunds are not offered under normal circumstances, we recognize that rare situations may arise that require resolution. If you believe your situation warrants an exception, you must contact a Founding Director or an appointed Minister within three (3) days of the transaction. Situational exceptions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of State Nationals Rock and House of Rocks PMA.

3. How to Request a Resolution:

To request a review of your situation, please follow these steps:

Include your name, transaction details, and a clear explanation of your request.
Allow up to three (3) business days for a response from a Founding Director or appointed Minister.

4. Member Acknowledgment:

By completing a purchase, submitting a donation, enrolling in a course, or registering for membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy. All transactions are considered final and governed by the private domain and jurisdiction of House of Rocks PMA.

5. Policy Updates:

State Nationals Rock reserves the right to update or amend this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon being posted to the website. Your continued participation or use of our offerings constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
