What It Means to Become a State National
Becoming a State National is described as the process of reclaiming your lawful status and establishing evidence that you no longer consent to the system that identifies individuals as corporate entities.
This process is not simply about declaring independence. It involves taking structured, lawful steps to create documented evidence that supports your standing.
The goal is to establish records and documentation that demonstrate your political status and can be recognized if your status is ever questioned or challenged.
Step 1: Complete Your AOR
(Affidavit of Repudiation of Corporate Citizenship)
The foundational step in reclaiming your lawful status is completing an Affidavit of Repudiation of Corporate Citizenship (AOR). This affidavit serves as a formal legal declaration that repudiates and revokes your consent to being identified as the corporate entity—your ALL CAPS name, also known as your strawman. By completing this affidavit, you are creating an irrefutable legal record that distinguishes you, the living man or woman, from the corporate fiction that has been used to control you.
Completing the AOR is not just about filling out paperwork—it is about establishing lawful standing and ensuring that your evidence will hold up in a court of law if your status is ever challenged. This requires following a precise process, including notarization, mailing official notices, and publicly recording your affidavit to transform it into self-authenticated admissible evidence.
Choose the AOR Option That Works for You
Different individuals have different levels of time, resources, and confidence when handling legal paperwork. For this reason, three different options are offered for completing the AOR.

Why the AOR Is Essential
Understanding your rights is important, but supporters of this process believe that knowledge alone is not enough.
Legal systems often operate through contracts and documented agreements. If there is no evidence showing that consent has been revoked, existing legal assumptions and contracts may still apply.
Because of this, documentation is used to demonstrate non-consent and establish standing.
Supporters argue that completing the AOR creates an official record showing that you have taken lawful steps to correct your status.
However, they also emphasize that the AOR is only the beginning. Learning the system, understanding legal structures, and continuing the process are considered necessary parts of reclaiming lawful standing.
The Paperwork Does Not Give You Your Rights
Advocates emphasize that the paperwork itself does not grant rights.
Your rights are believed to already exist.
The purpose of the AOR is simply to create lawful proof that you have taken action to assert those rights and establish evidence of your standing.
This documentation can serve as a record showing that you have corrected the assumptions that previously defined your legal identity.
This Is Bigger Than Just Paperwork
For many supporters, this journey is about more than documents and procedures.
It represents a broader effort to reclaim personal rights, correct historical misunderstandings, and restore what they believe to be the original constitutional structure.
They argue that the system depends on public ignorance and passive acceptance.
Once individuals become aware of how the system operates, they can begin taking steps to change their relationship with it.
