Private Membership Association Notice
Private Membership Status
House of Rocks Ministry operates strictly as a Private Membership Association (PMA) and a faith-based ministry. All activities, teachings, programs, services, and communications are conducted privately, between the ministry and its registered members only.
Participation in any ministry offering requires active membership.
We are not open to the public and do not provide public services.
This association is formed pursuant to the constitutionally protected rights of:

• Freedom of Religion
• Freedom of Speech
• The Right to Private Contract

First Amendment & Contract Clause Protection
Constitutional Jurisdiction
House of Rocks Ministry functions within private, ecclesiastical, and contractual jurisdiction as protected by:
• The First Amendment: free exercise of religion & freedom of association
• The Contract Clause (Article I, Section 10): protections for private agreements
• Relevant Supreme Court precedent affirming the right to private association
All ministry interaction occurs through private, voluntary membership agreements, not public commerce.
No public authority, regulation, or licensing applies to private religious activity conducted among consenting members.
Faith-Based Ministry Under 508(c)(1)(A)
508(c)(1)(A) Ministry Standing
House of Rocks Ministry is a faith-based religious organization operating under the protections of 508(c)(1)(A).
This classification recognizes ministries and churches as inherently tax-exempt, without the need for government application, registration, or approval.
As a ministry:
• We do not function as a public charity
• We do not operate under 501(c)(3) restrictions
• We retain full First Amendment rights to teach, minister, counsel, and speak in alignment with our sincerely held religious beliefs
Membership-based activities fall under spiritual and private ecclesiastical practice, not public regulation.

All ministry services—including education, fellowship, counseling, community programs, resources, events, and communications—are offered exclusively to private members.
Membership signifies:
• Voluntary entry into a private spiritual relationship
• Agreement to engage within the association’s private domain
• Acknowledgment that services are religious, faith-based, and private—not public or commercial
No public invitations, public services, or general-public transactions are offered.
